Coffee Time w/ Edgar Cayce II: Speaking with Spirits & The Anatomy of the Soul

Luke Madrid / Mari Sama / Heka Astra / Tim Hacker Season 28 Episode 4

Send us comments, suggestions and ideas here!

In this week’s episode we invite Tim over for coffee, whip out the Edgar Cayce Companion Guide and wax philosophic from the back of our moving truck as we explore the words, prophecies and metaphysics of America’s greatest and most well documented psychic. In this first half of the episode we explore the caveats of whether or not one should engage in communication with spirits, how exactly that works and the way to do it safely. We were surprised to learn that Cayce’s advice aligns well with esoteric practice and we pause briefly to read from the Bardo Thodol.  Leading into the extended show, the conversation shifts to the idea of what it means to have a spirit, what exactly spirit is in the first place and how it differs from the “soul.” So, grab a fistful of coffee, sip deeply, buckle up, thank you and enjoy the show.

In this week's episode we discuss:
Talking with spirits
Gods and Deities
Power of Prayers
What Form Spirits Have

In the extended show available at www.patreon.com/TheWholeRabbit we go further down the rabbit whole to discuss:
Spirit vs. Soul!
What is an Entity?
Can you sell a soul?
Ba, Ka and Akh from Egyptian Religion
